Our services are flexible. Whether you need a complete motion identity system or just a few branded motion assets, we’ll tailor our process to fit your scope — please note that our hourly rate starts at £52 for niche projects.
Do you work with existing brands?
Yes — we love working with existing brands. Whether you have a full identity system with complete brand guidelines or just a logo and a colour palette, we can build upon that brand equity and create a system of visuals that stay true to your brand's foundations while elevating it in fresh and strategic ways.
What’s your typical project timeline?
It depends on the state of the existing brand assets. Static brands must first be optimised for motion to determine the complexity, but most systems take around 8–12 weeks to complete. We’ll always set clear milestones before we start — with lots of opportunities for feedback. No gotchas or surprises.
What happens after I reach out?
We review all the details provided in the form to learn more about your brand. If we're a good fit, we’ll suggest a quick call to discuss possible scope, timeline, and next steps.
Do you offer free consultations or discovery calls?
Yes, we sure do! Once we understand a bit more about your brand, we’ll set up a Google meet to explore some ways we can help — no pressure or commitment needed.
What are the terms of payment plan?
If you opt to use the payment plan option, we require a 50% deposit to secure your spot and begin the work. Followed by a 25% payment at the lo-fi stage. The final 25% balance is due no later than 10 business days from our agreed upon project completion date.
